When do you pickup and deliver clothing for home delivery?
Home Pick Up Service is on Tuesday and Delivery is on Thursday.
What is a 59 second bag?
Our 59 second bag is a Laundry bag for you to put your clothing in for home delivery. There will be a bar coded tag on the bag with your information and preferences.
How do I get a 59 second bag?
You will be given one on your second pickup.
Is there a minimum order size for home delivery?
No. There is no job too large or too small.
How do I let you know that I have something to send in?
There is no need to call. We will stop by automatically once a week.
Do you call before you come by for pickup?
No. We will however email you the day before your scheduled pickup.
Do I have to be home for delivery and pickup?
No. If you wish we can leave your clothing in a safe place for you.
Do you delivery to my office?
Yes. Call or email for complete details.
Do I have to fill out a form every time I send clothes in?
No. After your account is set up we will know all your preferences and process your clothing the same way every time.
How do I pay?
Home delivery requires Visa or Mastercard for payment.
